When purchasing a rabbit you are agreeing to the following:
Before making a deposit, please confirm the day, time & location for picking up your Holland Lop. The pickup location options can be found in the CONTACT tab. Please map out your trip before scheduling.
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit via PayPal or Zelle. This will secure your rabbit for one week from the date of deposit or until the agreed upon pickup date. Please select the friends and family option when using PayPal to avoid fees. *When using a 3rd party transport, the total amount is due upfront in order to reserve your rabbit & have them put on transport.
All deposits are non-refundable.
When you pickup your rabbit you are required to pay the remaining balance in cash. NO CHECKS!
All rabbits are sold as is, meaning I cannot guarantee the health of it after pickup. I do my best to sell the healthiest rabbits but once they leave my care I can no longer guarantee their health.
Once you pick up your rabbit, all sales are final and I do not give refunds.
If you have any questions or concerns on caring for your new rabbit I am always open to help.
Please note that sexing bunnies can be difficult and though we check several times to confirm and do our best, mistakes can be made. Refunds are not given for mistakes made in sexing a rabbit.
